The next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Tracy Memorial, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.  This meeting will also include a Public Hearing for application #2021-116; Tax Map #66.10-1-16;Crandell Theatre, 45-48 Main Street.
