In an effort to determine the extent of work needed at Tracy Memorial Hall to preserve the building and continue its use as the center of the Village of Chatham government, the Board of Trustees hired John G. Waite Associates, Architects to do a conditions study.  Including in the report are recommendations for how to preserve and repair the building, as well as how to bring the structure into the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.  The full report can be found here:  TRACY MEMORIAL VILLAGE HALL EX COND 03-2015
