NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM PLANNING BOARD. Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Village of Chatham, Application #2023-077: Tax Map #66.10-2-44; Jones Ave, Chatham, NY. Village of Chatham Zoning Code section 110-16M, Special Use Permit to allow pickleball court lines to be temporarily painted on one of the Jones Avenue tennis courts.  Such hearing will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Chatham Fire Department, 2 Hoffman Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
