Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application for an area variance by Kyle Borut, Application #2024-066: Tax Map #66.13-2-31; 1 Washington Ave., Chatham, NY. The applicant seeks an area variance to exceed the four foot height limit for a fence in the front yard. Such hearing will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
