NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Heena Patel, Application #2024-029: Tax Map #66.17-2-11; 52 Payn Ave, Chatham, NY.  Zoning Code Ch.110, Table 2, Density Control. Applicant seeks an area variance to create an undersized lot, 50-ft wide, when 60-ft width is required. The lot length is over 150-ft which would equate to a lot area of roughly 7800 sq ft.  Such hearing will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
