NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM PLANNING BOARD.
Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by The Chatham Film Club, Application #2023-153: Tax Map #66.10-1-16; Crandell Theatre, 45-48 Main Street, Chatham, NY. Village of Chatham Zoning Code section 110-49, Historic Review and section 110-45A Expansion of Non-conforming Structure. Renovations to include replacing marquee to closely match historic marquee, windows, replacing missing sills, repointing, repairing, and sealing brick as needed, repairing existing stucco, repainting, and grading in alley for ADA accessibility for egress. Such hearing will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
