NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Scott Gabriel, Application #2023-147: Tax Map #66.10-3-15; 15-17 School Street, Chatham, NY.  Zoning Code Ch. 110, Attachment #2, Density Control Schedule, seeking Area variance to convert a 4-unit dwelling into a 6-unit dwelling, on an undersized lot.  Adding two additional dwelling units in the empty oversized attic.  Such hearing will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
