YORK. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR “A LOCAL LAW CORRECTING
 ZONING REVISIONS AS ENACTED BY LOCAL LAW 2 OF 2019”. PLEASE
TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chatham shall
hold a public hearing on Monday, August 14, 2023 beginning at
6:45pm at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037 for
the purpose of taking public comment on “A Local Law Correcting
Zoning Revisions As Enacted By Local Law 2 of 2019”. At such public
hearing, all interested persons shall have the opportunity to be heard.
Copies of the tentative proposed “A Local Law Correcting Zoning
Revisions As Enacted By Local Law 2 of 2019” is available in the Village
