NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for the purchase of water main and other assorted hardware/piping will be received at the Village Hall 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037 at or before 1:00 p.m. June 7, 2019. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and recorded to be approved by the Board at the next available meeting.
Bidders are responsible for submitting their bids to the appropriate location prior to the time and date as stated. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DESIGNATED TIME AND DATE INDICATED. It is recommended that proposals be submitted in advance at least one day prior to bid opening. Delay in mail is NOT an exception to the receipt bid.
Complete bid documents may be obtained at the office of the Village Clerk, Tracy Memorial Hall in Chatham, NY between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday or by calling (518) 392-5821 ext. 3 during these hours. Documents can also be found at www.villageofchatham.com.
